How do I retrieve my vehicle that the police department towed or seized?
If you vehicle is being held as evidence you will need to speak to the arresting or investigating officer for instructions on when and how you may have your vehicle released.

If your vehicle is being held because of a court action (immobilization, etc.), you will need an order from the court hearing the case in order to have your vehicle released to you. Call the police department for further information 513-521-7171.

If your vehicle does not fall into one of the above categories, you may call or come to the police department anytime (24 hours-a-day / 365 day a year) and speak to an officer about obtaining a vehicle release form.
