Be Informed! Proposed Energy Aggregation Information

North College Hill City Council has decided to place energy aggregation issues on the November 7, 2023 ballot.

Two separate issues will be placed on the ballot: one for natural gas and one for electric.

If these issues pass, the City will register to become a certified aggregator with the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO).

This will allow city officials to negotiate utility rates for the electric and natural gas use for residents and small businesses that use Duke Energy Ohio.

Energy Alliances has created a dedicated webpage for NCH where you can learn more about how this program works, and also view the full text of both issues.
