Dunkin - Coming Soon: June 2025
Hamilton County is currently under another Winter Storm Watch. Frigid temperatures and 3-5 inches of snow accumulation are expected.
Let’s help our NCH Public Works Department clear the roads by removing your cars from parking on the street.
Especially on streets where there is, “No Parking - During Snow Emergency,” sign.
This gives the plow trucks room to fit on the streets and get our streets clean!
Thank you, stay warm, and drive safely!
The City of North College Hill is now at a Level 2 Snow Emergency. Most roadways are hazardous with blowing and drifting snow. Public Works requests patience as they continue to work to get our roads cleared. Only those who feel it is necessary to drive should be out on the roadways. All employees should contact their employer to see if they should report to work.
NCH Administrative Office located at 1586 Goodman Ave will be closed on Tuesday, January 7 due to inclement weather.
The City of North College Hill is now at a Level 3 Snow Emergency. Main roads are passable; however, most side roads are not. Public Works requests patience as they continue to work to get our roads cleared. No one should be driving during these conditions unless it is absolutely necessary to travel or a personal emergency exists. All employees should contact their employer to see if they should report to work.
NCH Administrative Offices located at 1586 Goodman Ave will be closed on Monday, January 6 due to inclement weather.
A snow emergency is in effect for the City of North College Hill beginning at 2:00 PM on Sunday, January 5, and continuing for 24 hours, or until further notice. All Senior Center activities scheduled for the morning of Monday, January 6 have been cancelled.

Good morning.
The Administrative staff wanted to take a moment to address the concerns regarding the Enquirer’s public records requests. The city has experienced many transitions this year, and it will continue working to fulfill the numerous requests for records made by the Enquirer and other entities.
Many of these requests involve voluminous documents that consume excessive administrative time to review and fulfill. The city is dedicating excessive personnel time to address the numerous requests, which has been difficult due to inconsistencies resulting from the transition. We want to thank you for your patience and understanding. The city believes transparency in government is paramount and will continue to share information with the community appropriately and timely. Once this matter has been resolved, we will provide another update.

Hamilton County Planning & Development is conducting a community survey to gather input for the 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan. This survey is for all residents of Hamilton County to provide input on the plan. You may complete the survey online via this LINK. All responses are completely confidential and anonymous. Your response is greatly valued and appreciated.
The purpose of this survey is to generate actionable insight to improve Hamilton County's communities experiences.
Background:
The Hamilton County's Planning and Development's Community Development Division is in the process of preparing the County Consolidated Plan for Housing and Community Development for the upcoming 5 years, 2025-2029. The Plan will describe the County's housing and community development needs, strategies, and priorities. The Consolidated Plan affects many communities and organizations across the county, and input from the county's stakeholders and residents are essential to identifying needs and allocating resources. For this reason, we are requesting individuals such as yourself, or your organization, to complete a brief online survey regarding community development and homeless needs. This will be used in the planning for related aspects of the Consolidated Plan.
Before you begin, please note a few key takeaways:
The Community and Development Division administers the following federal grants for Hamilton County: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), The HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME), and the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) program. The CDBG Program funds projects and programs in participating communities of Hamilton County that benefit low to moderate income areas and residents; eliminate slum and bright; improves quality of life; or address a particular urgent need. The HOME Program provides affordable housing for low to moderate income residents. HOME funds are used for a wide range of activities including buying, and/or rehabilitating affordable housing for rent or homeownership or providing direct rental assistance to low-income individuals. The ESG Program is focused specifically on addressing issues surrounding homelessness
