REGISTRATION REQUIRED
In accordance with the City of North College Hill Codified Ordinances, Sections 1359.01-1359.07, a Rental Registration shall be required for each residential rental building containing one (1), two (2) or three (3) family dwelling units. A residential dwelling unit containing one (1), two (2) or three (3) family dwelling units occupied by the owner of the building shall not be required to register under this chapter.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

TENANT INFO REQUIRED*
In accordance with NCH Codified Ordinances, Section 171.23: RENTAL AND LEASED PROPERTY, all property owners of real property located in the North College Hill who rent or otherwise lease the same, or any part thereof, to any person for residential dwelling purposes, including apartments, rooms and other rental accommodations, during any calendar year, or part thereof, commencing with the effective date of this section, shall file with the Tax Administrator on or before the January 31 first following such calendar year a written report disclosing the name, address and also telephone number, if available, of each tenant known to have occupied on December 31 during such calendar year such apartment, room or other residential dwelling rental property. (Ord. 20-2015. Passed 12-30-15.)
NCH'S TAXES ARE ADMINISTERED BY REGIONAL INCOME TAX AGENCY (R.I.T.A.). All required forms may be found on R.I.T.A.'s website. For questions, please contact R.I.T.A. at (800) 860-7482.

REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL ALL APPLICABLE FEES HAVE BEEN PAID.
The amount of the fee for Rental Registration is one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per property per year.
All payments are due by January 30 of the calendar year in which the registration is submitted, or thirty days after transfer of ownership.
IMPORTANT! This form is not currently configured to accept payments.

Failure to pay WILL result in a minimum penalty of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) per property, and MAY result in an administrative penalty of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per month, to be assessed against the Owner's property.
